He is a prominent international business man who sits on several Boards including Spear Group of Companies, Nile Bank Limited among others. Joined the Board in October 2004 as Executive Director and was appointed Managing Director in January 2005. He joined UAP Insurance Uganda in 0ctober 2004 from UAP Provincial Insurance where he was General Manager. He is a member of the Board of UAP Provincial Insuarance since July 2000. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Nairobi. |

| Joined the Board in April 2005. He is the Chairman of Uganda Breweries, Uganda Investment Authority among others. He posseses extensive knowledge of the Uganda private sector. In 1991 he founded Uganda Manufacturers Association Consultancy and Information Services Limited (UMACIS), which has become established in Uganda as the leading firm with expertise in market and feasibility studies, business development, private sector and public policy. He holds a Ph. D. degree in chemical engineering from the California Institute of Technology. |  |

He has extensive interests in property management, insurance, courier services, advertising, pharmaceuticals as well as manufacturing and investment funds. He sits in and chairs a number of Boards including Haco Industries, DHL Worldwide Kenya Limited, International House Limited, ICDC Investment Company Limited, UAP Provincial Insurance Company Limited, Bayer East Africa Limited among many others. |  |
